PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AUTHORIZATION
KILLA INGREDIENTS (hereinafter, “THE COMPANY”) is responsible for collecting your data personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection.
THE COMPANY wishes to inform all its clients or potential clients about its Privacy Policy and Authorization for the processing of Personal Data so that they can freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide their personal data. Indeed, THE COMPANY is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, Law No. 29733 and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 003- 2013-JUS, for which reason it provides detailed information on the confidentiality policy and the treatment of personal data of its clients and/or interested parties, and also accepts the terms of this policy.
In all cases, THE COMPANY guarantees the maintenance of confidentiality and the appropriate treatment of said information.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform customers, interested parties and/or persons who have requested information and/or interacted with THE COMPANY in detail about the processing of data that has been provided in the “Contact Form”, forms on pages of each product as well as through the virtual platform (fan page) LinkedIn, Google or another inperson and/or online platform. THE COMPANY informs its users or interested parties that the personal data they provide and any that they may provide in the future will be incorporated indefinitely into THE COMPANY’s personal data bank located at Josefina Ramos de Cox St. 134, San Miguel. Lima – Peru.
USE
The use of the information collected by THE COMPANY will be subject to the purposes described in this section, respecting in the best way the current regulations on the protection of personal data. The personal data provided by the interested party will be used for the following purposes:
1. Answering the queries of the interested parties.
2. Sending advertising information about commercial information and promotions.
3. Analysis of profiles of the interested parties.
4. Sending advertising and commercial prospecting.
5. Statistical purposes and sales purposes.
THE COMPANY undertakes to only use the data provided by the owner of the same, solely and strictly, for the purposes contained in this policy. The personal data collected from clients or interested parties will not be made public or sold to third parties. Personal data will not be disclosed to public or government authorities, except in cases where THE COMPANY is obliged by law, by government authorities or by court order to share said personal data, as well as in cases where the Personal Data Law and other regulatory laws establish it. THE COMPANY guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by users, its treatment in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection, having adopted the legally required levels of protection security, and installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of information. Despite this, users must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. We remind the user or interested party that these Policies only apply to this website.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
